Customer service is always 1st Call's first consideration and we are happy to undertake the more ‘challenging’ jobs – those our competitors would rather avoid – with total confidence in our expertise. Technical Service Managers are always available for advice or assistance and our control centre allocates work to the closest engineer ensuring travelling time is kept to an absolute minimum. The provision of these services allows our engineers to concentrate on the job in hand but with the benifit of knowing certain knowledge that they can call on our extensive in-house team for support in the unlikely event of it being required.
