The
24/7 Initiative
We have always been a 24 hour service company but we feet this
makes us a little different from others in our business who promote
the same message. The difference is that as a large company we do
have the facility to offer this as a genuine 24 hours a day, seven
days a week, 365 days a year service - phones are manned 24 hours.
Engineers do actually come in to work seven days a week, as do office
staff, the Customer's can book work on the first phone call.
1st Call is a very structured Company so customers know exactly what
they are receiving in terms of service time and costings
Two
charge bands, standard rates charged between 6am and 6pm (Monday
to Friday), all other times at our out of hours rate. The 6-6 is
designed to fit a longer in-hours working day to match our customer's
requirements.
